Create a Helical Curve Auto Desk Inventor (Use of 3D Sketch tool)

This is a simple tutorial which shows working in 3D Sketch, moving in x,y,z direction and creating helical curve, not just at the edge of part but any where you like.

In the 3D sketch first I created two circles at the edge of the bolt, with the help of include geometry tool, and then placed a point by inventor's Precise Input dialogue box.  The point I created, is placed 1/16 inch away from the origin (X,Y,Z). The diameter of the bolt measured at 0.086 inches.  Then I started the Helical Curve tool. After selecting the start and end point of the Helical Curve, I selected Revolution and Height type Helical Curve. There in Diameter, I filled 0.086 inches and in Revolutions 10. Now I gave the dimension constraint at the starting point of helical curve, it is measured at 0.063 inch. That is all.
