In this video viewer will be able to watch Basic Sketching features of Autodesk Inventor like; Circle, Arc, Circular Pattern . Other than this surface tools like Boundary Patch, Surface Loft, Sculpt are presented as well as Loop Fillet, Shell, Appearance Settings- lightening and half section view setting  are displayed. This can be done by creating a line over the top of the model and using it as a base by Bend Tool.

Rendering and 2D drawing View of Anvil with dimensions

 
These are the Renderings and 2D drawing views of my previously created model Anvil.
 
Rendering of the model is done by utilising the Visual Styles tool that is available on Appearance panel of the View tab in Autodesk Inventor.
The 2D drawing views shows the step by step modelling process of Anvil that you can mimic and re-create the mode yourself.
